Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about eSIMs, plans, activation and support.

What is an eSIM and how does it work?
An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. You scan a QR code to install it — no physical card needed. It works alongside your regular SIM.
Which phones support eSIM?
iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and most flagships from 2018 onward. Check our compatibility page for the full list.
How fast do I receive my eSIM?
Instantly. Your QR code and activation instructions arrive by email within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.
Can I use my regular SIM at the same time?
Yes. Most eSIM-capable phones support dual SIM — keep your number for calls while using the eSIM for data.
What happens when my data runs out?
You can top up instantly from your account, or the plan expires at the end of its validity period. No auto-renewal surprises.
Do I need to remove my physical SIM?
No. Your eSIM works alongside your physical SIM. You can keep your number for calls and use the eSIM for data.
Can I use the eSIM in multiple countries?
Some plans are single-country, others cover multiple countries or are global. Check the plan details before purchasing.
What if my phone doesn't support eSIM?
Unfortunately, an eSIM requires a compatible device. Check our compatibility page, or consider a physical SIM alternative.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Order page — enter your order ID and email to see your delivery status.
What is your refund policy?
Digital eSIM plans are non-refundable once activated. Unactivated plans can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
